J. Paul Brown was raised in the Four Corners area where his father, the late Casey Brown, and mother Jean Brown were successful ranchers.  Rep. Brown was an honors graduate from both Farmington High School, and New Mexico State University where he earned his B.S. degree in Animal Science. He with his wife Debbie and sons Joshua, Luke, Levi, and Abraham have developed a sustainable ranching enterprise at Ignacio. In addition to the rigors of a successful family ranch, Rep.
