David Balmer, HD 39 (Centennial)
Representative Balmer has held the honor of serving House District 39 in the Colorado House since 2005. Rep. Balmer is the Chairman of the House Congressional Redistricting Committee and serves as Co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Congressional Redistricting. He also serves on the House Economic & Business Development Committee and Local Government Committee. In his real job, Rep. Balmer is a consultant specializing in brownfield redevelopment.
