Frank McNulty, HD 43 (Highlands Ranch)

First elected to the Colorado House of Representatives in 2006, Frank spearheaded fundraising and campaign strategy for his caucus in the 2010 election cycle. When Republicans gained control of the House, Frank was elected unanimously by his colleagues to serve as Speaker of the House for the 68th General Assembly.   Frank was raised in the south metro area and educated at J.K. Mullen High School and the University of Colorado-Boulder. Following his graduation from CU, Frank accepted a position in the Washington, DC office of Congressman Wayne Allard, focusing on veterans and civil service affairs and deficit reduction.   In 1998, Frank returned to Colorado to pursue his law degree at the University of Denver, concentrating on natural resources and water law.
